Tiddly Inks Challenge - Pink!

For this challenge I had something totally different in mind to make but when Andy came home and asked me if I had any baby girl cards I had to confess... NO, which is unusual for me, but it was still a big fat NO....So with a *sigh* and a whole new card to create, off to the Tiddly Inks Shop I went and found exactly what I needed... Sleep Tight Baby!!

I printed off the gorgeous image on white card stock and then coloured it in with my Prismacolor pencils. I then went around the image with two different shades of blue chalk to give it a soft sleepy feel. I like using chalk for this kind of thing not only because it creates a soft look but if you go over the lines or somewhere you didn't want it you can rub it out with a eraser!

I then cut out the image into a circle {which was my plan all along ;0)} and using my MME's "Love Me" 6x6 paper pad and my Martha Stewart butterfly punch I came up with the finishing card...

If you would like to join us for this two week challenge you can get the full details at the Tiddly Inks Challenge Blog and if you like "Sleep Tight Baby" you can find this gorgeous image at the Tiddly Inks Store.
