Little Changes... Wall Gallery.

A couple of months ago I had the brilliant idea to paint the frames in my wall gallery. And when I say brilliant I am being a tad sarcastic because although it doesn't seem like it... It was a LOT of work! BUT and that's a big BUT... I love how they look now!!

Here's how they looked before on the wall.... Wood and more wood.... As far as the eye can see...

And here is what they look like now... I painted them with Mitre 10's Accent Gun Metal Grey.

It took us two weekends of sanding back, priming and then two coats of the paint... As I said, a lot of work. And I am now visualizing myself with a little spray gun.... I will be putting that one on my Christmas list as well as a sander!

I am thinking of replacing some of the photo's with some art or maybe some quotes... Or maybe just the frame...

The next thing to do is paint the hall table but I am a bit of a loss on what colour. I was thinking... Actually, I have no clue what colour and would welcome any ideas! So what do you think? Worth all the hard work?

It looks fabulous! I know it was a ton of work but the end result looks wonderful! We need to do this in our house!

Wow, this is totally stunning! It makes all the slightly different style frames co-ordinate beautifully - definitely worth the effort :-)
