Deconstructing Sketch #88 - Happy Birthday BJ!!

I am back with a brand new Deconstructing Sketch! And this card just happens to be for BJ's 15th birthday which is on Saturday... Now you may think it strange {being that he's turning 15 and all} that he would pick the very cute Tiddly Inks image "Monstrous Party" but he loves monsters and if that's what he wanted... who am I to say no...Plus, it makes for a cute card...LOL!

I started off by printing out the image on white card stock and then colouring it in with my Prismacolor pencils. Now, if you look at Jen's little sketch here....

You may have noticed that it's a Circle Card and NOT square.... I do have a good excuse though... I was a little behind in making the card for the challenge and I have to admit... Circle card = In the too hard basket when you are in a rush to get finished on time... Anywho, I still think it turned out ok.

The papers are from MME's "Boy Crazy" 6x6 paper pad and the "Happy Birthday" sentiment from Kraftin' Kimmie's Everyday Sentiment Set. The buttons are just out of my jar....

Looking at my colouring here you can really tell that I rushed it.... oops!

If like BJ you think that Monstrous Party makes for a really cool birthday card, you can find it HERE at the Tiddly Inks Store..
