Deconstructing Sketch #77 - Congratulations!

A very good customer/friend that comes into the Bakery where I work is expecting her very first great grandchild (not her naturally, but her grandson and granddaughter in-law). Lesley is so excited. You cannot honestly image how totally spoiled this little baby boy will be when he arrives later this month. Already he has his own train set! Anywho, I offered to make a card for Lesley to give to the new parents when he gets here and this is what I came up with....

I know, shock horror... This is not a Tiddly Inks image. But the new parents are going with an animal theme for the nursery and I had this stamp from Whipper Snapper Designer called "Noah's Ark"... Which I have had FOREVER and NEVER used....

I stamped the image out on white card stock and coloured it in with my Prisma pencils. I actually had a hard time putting this one together as I loved the image but it really was too big for Jen's fantastic sketch...

I managed to change a few things... Which is kinda a pity because I really like this sketch... I will have to make another card with it I think!

The papers are from Fancy Pants "To The Moon" 6x6 paper pad. The border punch from Fiskars and the "Congratulations" is from Kraftin' Kimmie's Everyday Sentiments.

Now here's what you have to do to participate in this week's challenge:

1. Use the sketch to the left to make a project, any kind you like using any image you like.
2. Post it somewhere on the internet. Use keyword DS77 if you post to an online gallery like Splitcoaststampers.
3. Link back here to Inlinkz at the bottom of the post so we can stop by and see it.
4. Check back here next Wednesday to see if you are one of this week’s favorites and grab a badge for your blog.
