The doily is from The Dusty Attic. The border punch from
Martha Stewart.
The sentiment "Make a Splash" is from
Kimmie's Mermaid Sentiment set,
I coloured Miles in with my Prisma pencils.
And stamped him again in Versa Color "Bamboo" ink. Then usedthe paper I had left over to make the inside pretty....
