I Won the Scrap Challenge!

My Layout...

This is Ben's Birthday Card....Susy used this stamp on one of her cards and I fell in love with it and had to have one of my own!Stamps are from Whipper Snapper Designs, card stock from Bazzil and the pattern paper is by Kaiser.

Another baby card... The pram stamp is another from Whipper Snapper and the word stamp is from Hero Arts. Again using Bazzil card stock.

With this card I was just using up scraps of old stuff I had lying around.....Bazzil card stock, Daisy D's pattern paper and Hero Arts stamps.

At Wild Nutmeg (Mount Barker's Scrapbooking Shop) they have what they call a "scrap challenge" and what you do is buy a little kit full of papers and embellishments that you probably wouldn't usually use...Then you go home and try to come up with a layout or cards.

I sometimes stress, and sometimes I come up with something with incredible ease (very rare in my case) but this time everything just fell into place. Of course it helped that I had a beautiful photo to work with (Thankyou CJ and Jassie) but I won and thought I would blog it so you could see... I also have been making cards with Sue and I put them on too.

Thanx so much Don for giving me an award.
Not sure that I really qualify????
Still quite new to all this scraping thing - I hope that I'm doing OK.
I've finished my canvas today & will blog it soon for you to see. Would love your honest feedback on it - OK.
Thanks again so much for the award, you are such a good friend.
