Deconstructing Sketch #18

 It's Thursday...Which means another AWESOME
Deconstructing Sketch
from the very talented, super sweet, and amazing
Jen Shults...

This is my card for this week's sketch...

And this is Jen's sketch...which is btw...
AMAZING to work with...

I was cleaning up my desk and craft stuff this week because
we are getting ready to paint the study this weekend (last room!!!).
We also took down all the "temporary" curtains that we put up
when we moved into our house (5 years ago) and put up the double
view blinds that I have always wanted. All this cleaning lead me
to cleaning up my stamps, which lead me find this old favourite quote
and bird image from Unity. I thought it would be perfect for this
week's sketch...

I distressed around the edges of the card using Tim Holts's
Antique Linen distress ink and for the border punch I chose
one of my favs from EK Success. The lace is from Kaiser
Craft and so are the little pearls.

Then I finished the card off with some more of the papers..
Which are from MME's Lost and Found Two collection. These
particular ones are from the 6x6 "Sunshine" paper pad.

If you’d like to join us this week all you need to do is create a
project using the above sketch as inspiration. There are no specific
image requirements for this challenge. Upload your project to your
blog or to an online gallery and link it back on the
