Deconstructing Sketch #60 - When Late Morning Rolls Around...

We are on the tail end of two week's of school holiday's here in South Australia and I have had my niece Ella staying with us for the last week. Not that's she's much trouble at all, in fact, Ella has been a wonderful distraction for Cam as BJ is not much of "team" player with the whole Autism thing...It's winter here so it's not as though I can just kick the kids outside, plus I am working 3 days this week so it was extremely nice just to have a day off while the kids played PS3 and watched endless episodes of the Simpsons on their little DVD player... And I managed to get a card made...A card I am actually happy with...ya!!

This week's Deconstructing Sketch has to be one of my favourites. I just love the versatility it gives you as you could use either a quote or an image on the tag. For my tag I decided to get out my old and faithful Hero Arts tag stamp, which love and can't live without. I then found a quote from Winne the Pooh that I have always found a little bit quirky and using my Scrapbook Factory Deluxe I wrote up and printed it out on my cut out stamped image. I then distressed around the edges of  the tag and because I am in love with MME's Indie Chic "Ginger" 6x6 paper pad at the moment, I decided that this was going to be my choice of papers for this card. Honestly, this is one of those cards that just made itself... The flower is from Prima and the lace I got from Anna's Craft Cupboard.

If you'd like to join us this week all you need to do is create a project using the above sketch as inspiration. There are no specific image requirements for this challenge. Upload your project to your blog or to an online gallery and link it back to Jen's Blog using the Inlinkz.

And be sure to hop around and check out what the rest of the Deconstructed Sketch Design Team has made!
